The Studio Cycling course is designed to expand trainers’ understanding of how to safely and effectively plan and apply studio cycling sessions. It will allow you to begin instructing groups of clients within a studio environment to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance and help burn body fat. Left, right, left, right!
Enabling you to understand how to correctly set up the bikes for each participant, our course will teach you how to apply various manoeuvres to make your class motivational and varied, and how to use music to build enthusiasm and increase effort levels. Think about motivating power tracks whilst peddling through the boggy trenches, or uplifting, mood-boosting tracks for sprinting towards the opposition!
